8-)Merry Christmas and All the Best to you Gassers in 2010 !! I have a 350 Turbo trans and a bored out 350 Chevy Engine with a single 4 brl . The tranny came with a stock torque converter and a" drag race buddy " gave me a 3500 stall converter. My car will be street legal ( I Hope ) and may hit the strip once or twice , I plan on driving it on the Highway to shows etc. Which converter should I use ?? I'd like to do a burn out or two and with some luck actually pick up the front wheels :-) I'm 60 ......don't mind growing Old but I refuse to grow UP !! Elwood

Elwood, That 3500 stall will be fine/shift kit? But pulling the front wheels?/she'll sit you back in the seat for sure!

be forewarned! that high of a stahl could cause your motor to get hot. the convertor slips to work and makes the motor work harder to get going and stay going. that is why high stahl speeds were created for race cars.
