How do you attach a picture to a post?

I host my pictures on Photobucket.com and them you can copy an embed code that allows you to place the picture here in your post.

Ok, I set up photobucket but I still can't ad pictures(call me stupid) need help please.

The old photobucket was easier to use. Look for something that says "switch to old photobucket" and follow the upload procedures there.
