Kustomizer. First of all I apologize for the late reply. I forgot all about having posted here and it took a while to get back to the site. And I thank you for your reply. I'm building a 1960 Pontiac Catalina Gasser. So it has to be a little wider than say a tri-five chevy. I did find and buy a '57 chevy pickup front axle. Thru reading and scouring gasser sites i see that the '54 front axle fits the tri-five width almost the same as stock. Which, it seems, that many tri-fivers look for. So I'm hoping the '57 is wider and thus good for my widetrack '60. I'm trying to buy the '60 as we speak but the title is funky and I stipulated for the sale to have a good transferable title. I feel it will go thru so just have to wait. Do you know the dimensions of the various front axles? I won't have the Cats width until I get it home. Again, sorry for the late response and I really thank you for yours. Mark L

No biggie, I don't check in all that regularly myself. The axle you have might work just fine. Sorry I don't know axle measurements, but if you post the question on the main board there might be someone who does.
