Great start!. Just a quick tip on your cam and heads, I have a set of those Twisted Wedge heads, that cam will be too big on the intake side without machining the valve pocket on the pistons to 13 degrees. Just take care of that and those heads work great.

We ran the engine in my cousins Camaro with out any issues, but I'm going to tear it down and have a good look see, and get some custom forgies so I can run a bigger cam and possibly a tunnel ram!!! we built this 327 about 12 years ago and did not know any better!! I still have to cap the ends of the chassis and do little more finish welding the front clip. Thanks for the compliments!

Glad you came up to us at Beaver Springs! It was good to meet other Gassers. Found the video on YouTube. Looked great. Hard to beat an 8 sec car but we are comming along now. Found the problem. Dropped 1 full sec. in the 1/8 and still have more to work with. Heading out to the Gasser Nationals in Thompson, Ohio Sept 11-12 Can't Wait. Had a great surprise. Got my copy of Gasser Wars magazine in the mail and found out that they did a great piece on the 38. Issue #68
